Hi Gabrielle,
May I please pass some feedback onto Kim regarding the service provided at my home.
My neighbour Jane across the hall in Unit 6 has a small child and a new baby and I had given her notice about my renovations. Jane knocked on my door on the first monrning and spoke to the guys about when they would start drilling as she wanted to take the children out to avoid the noise. Someone actually took the time to go to her unit a bit later and let her know when they were about to start and how long it would go for so she could organise herself around it.
When I went over yesterday afternoon to tell her the work was finished, she told me how happy and impressed she was with them for doing that, and how much difference it made to her day whilst the ceiling was being put in.
If you can manage to renovate my ceiling and actually make my neighbours happy at the same time, I am also impressed! Thank you.
